Meet the Baker - Ellie
I started baking at 8 years old with my grandmas, and asked Santa that year for a stand mixer. I’m currently a student at Skutt Catholic High School in Omaha. I love baking for birthdays, weddings or theme parties. I want to turn my hobby into a business that helps pay for school and my own bakery one day.
